Shipping policy

Our goal is to ensure safe and reliable delivery wherever you are. As a company based in the United States, we operate globally to serve our customers in both America and Europe.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays. In case of exceptionally high order volumes, processing times may experience a slight delay. If this happens, we will notify you promptly via email.

2. Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly shown during checkout, before payment confirmation.

  • United States (USA) shipments: standard delivery in 3–7 business days.
  • European Union (EU) shipments: standard international delivery in 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Customs Duties, Taxes and International Shipping

All prices listed in our store do not include any local taxes, import VAT, customs duties, or other taxes applied by the destination country.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional costs required by the competent authorities are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Important note for European customers: as our main logistics are based in the United States, in the event of a return exercised within the terms provided by applicable regulations, the return shipment will be considered an international export to our warehouses in the USA. All return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or charges required for the re-import of goods into the United States, will be entirely borne by the customer, as specified in our Return Policy.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing the tracking number that will allow you to monitor the shipment status in real time.

For returns, we recommend using exclusively a trackable shipping service to our address in Middletown (Delaware, USA).

We cannot assume any responsibility nor issue refunds for returns that are lost, damaged, or not delivered by the courier chosen by the customer.
