Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item may have been tried on to verify size or compliance, but it must not show signs of prolonged use, wear, washing, or damage, it must have all tags attached, and it must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are then shipped to our warehouses in the United States.

Shipping costs and duties: International return shipping costs and any import customs duties are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Since we ship products of different sizes and weights from Europe or other locations to the United States, below you will find an indicative and realistic estimate of return shipping costs at your expense (based on average rates from major international couriers):
- Small/light items (e.g. glasses, small accessories): from €25 to €50
- Electronic devices and medium-sized items (up to 10 kg): from €50 to €100
- Large or heavy items (from 10 kg up to 30 kg): from €100 to €250+
- Our future commitment: We are aware that international shipping to the United States can be expensive and time-consuming. We would like to inform our customers that we are actively working to open dedicated logistics centers (hubs) in both Europe and Asia. This will allow us, in the future, to offer much simpler, faster, and more affordable local returns. We thank you for your support and patience during this phase of global growth of our company.
If the return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship the package. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment with the courier of your choice. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Items purchased on promotion or sale follow the standard return rules stated above.
Replacements
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item may have been tried on to verify size or compliance, but it must not show signs of prolonged use, wear, washing, or damage, it must have all tags attached, and it must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days via your original payment method.
- For customers in the United States (USA): A Restocking Fee of 12% of the item value will be applied to the refund and will be deducted directly from the refunded amount.
- For customers in the European Union (EU): In accordance with local consumer protection laws, no Restocking Fee will be applied. The product refund will be 100% of the purchased value (the user remains responsible for the cost of international return shipping and any duties, as indicated in the dedicated section).
